Book and individual Quiz sales are final unless otherwise stated. Returns or refunds will only be granted in cases of defective or damaged items, and requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. The Intimacy Website reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for a return, refund, or replacement, and by purchasing, you agree to these terms and release the organizer from any further liability.
All of products purchased in this site is managed by a third party and will handle all refunds and returns. Details are provided at check out for those items.

All quiz sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

If you purchased a book that includes quiz access, no additional payment is required.
🎟️ Event Tickets & Refunds

Refunds are automatically issued if an event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer or host.

No refunds will be issued for attendee cancellations unless the event itself is canceled.
