Returns or refunds will only be granted in cases of defective or damaged items, and requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. The Intimacy Website reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for a return, refund, or replacement, and by purchasing, you agree to these terms and release the organizer from any further liability.

Refunds are automatically issued if an event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer or host.
